Leather Formal Upper
Full-grain and corrected-grain leather uppers cut and lasted for formal Oxford and Derby shoe constructions.
SHOE UPPER FABRICATION
A dedicated upper-fabrication line — cutting, skiving, stitching, lasting, finishing — covering formal, casual, safety, and sports upper constructions, built to the tolerances footwear brands require.
The category
In 2025 we expanded into high-precision footwear components for global brands like Liberty and United Colors of Benetton. The upper carries the brand — grain consistency, stitch alignment, and lasting allowance are all set here, well before sole assembly. We engineer for that exposure, with line-level QC and a sampling discipline calibrated to retail expectations.
Capabilities
Specialised machinery, dedicated supervision, and the volume to scale — calibrated to the tolerances global brands demand.
Around 20–25 specialised machines, including high-precision Zig-Zag and Double Needle machines built for footwear durability.
A dedicated team of 25–30, guided by multiple qualified supervisors ensuring strict brand compliance.
High-volume fabrication with the technical precision required for premium international footwear.
Up to ~500 pairs of simple school-shoe uppers per day, or 250–300 party-wear / casual uppers requiring heavier pasting and stitching.
Range
The same precision discipline applied to four distinct construction families — formal, casual, safety, and sports.
