1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the Aryavrat Ventures website at https://aryavratventures.com and the general commercial framework for introductory business correspondence. Specific orders are governed by separately signed purchase orders, quotation letters, or master supply agreements, which prevail over these terms in the event of conflict.
2. Ordering and quotations
Quotations issued by Aryavrat Ventures are valid for the period specified on the quotation itself or, in the absence of a stated validity, for 30 days from issue. Acceptance of a quotation requires a written confirmation, advance payment per the agreed schedule, or both.
Lead times, MOQs, sizing, and packaging are confirmed at quote stage and form part of the binding order spec.
3. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, technical drawings, photographs, and copy on this website are the property of Aryavrat Ventures or its licensors and may not be reproduced or redistributed without prior written consent.
Where a customer supplies brand assets, technical packs, or specifications for a contract manufacturing run, ownership of those assets remains with the customer and is used solely for the agreed production purpose.
4. Warranties
Goods are warranted to conform to the agreed specification, applicable industry standards, and the relevant lot-level QC reports issued with each batch. Claims related to defect, shortfall, or non-conformity must be raised within the inspection window specified in the order documents.
No warranty is offered for misuse, unauthorised modification, or use outside the intended end-application of the goods.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aryavrat Ventures' aggregate liability under any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit or business interruption, except where caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
6. Compliance and certifications
Aryavrat Ventures follows structured quality-management practices and applicable Indian labour, environmental, and tax laws. Where a contract requires specific standards (e.g. GMP-environment handling, OEKO-TEX-style fabric sourcing), the applicable requirements and any third-party certifications are confirmed on a per-contract basis. Compliance documentation is provided alongside orders where contractually required.
7. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, epidemics, or significant supply-chain disruption. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
8. Confidentiality
Information shared during the enquiry, sampling, and production processes is treated as confidential. Specific projects with sensitive IP may be supplemented with a separately signed non-disclosure agreement.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the resulting commercial relationship are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sirmaur district, Himachal Pradesh.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
